• Advise the clients on the most challenging IP, IT, data protection issues.

• Draft and negotiate the most complex and demanding IP / IT documents.

• Lead the most challenging IP questions in M&A transactions.

• Lead the firm's trademark and patent portfolio management practice.

WE BELIEVE YOU WILL ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS IF YOU:

• Possess a minimum of five years of legal expertise, either as an in-house counsel or within a prominent business law firm.

• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written English.

• Exhibit a strong interest in advancing a legal career within dynamic field of law.
